A modern wine-growing project for Villa Minelli

Villa Minelli achieved its milestone in 2024, after embarking on a process of renewal in 2023 designed to be the natural evolution and refinement of its founding vision: to create authentic wines that express the Treviso region. The starting point was, of course, the vineyard, with the planting of the first 1.5 hectares of Manzoni Bianco, a variety that would become its most characteristic wine.

While the production of Merlot and Pinot Grigio represent a line of continuity in this phase of progressive development.

Guiding the process, the Giotto Wine Listeners, a leading oenological consultancy in Veneto. The project embraces all stages of production under the direction of Federico Giotto and Alessandro Bellotto: from agronomic consulting to vinification, from ageing to organoleptic analysis, right through to bottling. On 26 June 2025 the project was officially presented to customers and the press, who were able to taste the 2024 vintage of Manzoni Bianco and Merlot during an aperitif at the winery.
