Pinot Grigio delle Venezie

White wine made from Pinot Grigio grapes in the municipality of Ponzano Veneto. The grapes are harvested by hand and sorted in the vineyard, fermented with low sulphur dioxide content and left on the fine lees until bottling.

The wine has a very bright straw colour with coppery highlights and an excellent balance between consistency and smoothness. The nose reveals a wide range of ripe yellow fruit notes: golden apple, Abate pear, yellow plum, nectarine and papaya. This is followed by floral hints of wisteria and hawthorn. The palate is full and intensely fruity, with a great balance between softness and freshness; warm and enveloping, with good body. The long finish is savoury. This wine is suitable for accompanying seafood salad, spaghetti with seafood, sea bass baked in salt, but also Bassano-style asparagus or omelette with wild spring herbs.
Serve at 10-12°C.
